I had a great experience here. They got me in and out. They shared concerns and were very respectful about me being on a budget. Chris is hilarious. Mo was sincere. Both were extremely good looking. Ladies if you need a silver fox sighting, come here and you’ll leave with a smile. I will be back for more services for sure!!

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. Before the service even began, the employee, Chris, who approached me outside immediately took a condescending tone with me. Firstly, he chose to walk out to me while cars were passing by, and then told me to repeat myself while saying “I can’t hear you we’re literally right by the freeway.” Which is why I was heading toward the door to go inside where we could speak, so I repeated myself and shared the Groupon. He insisted I review the fine print, which I had shared that I had already read, and seemed more focused on lecturing me than actually providing the service. I made it clear I was there for an oil change, and I was open to any additional charges if needed. Instead of explaining things respectfully or inviting me inside to discuss options, he spoke to me in a way that felt belittling and dismissive. No matter what I shared, he made looks at me like I was not making sense, the interaction only became more uncomfortable. I ultimately decided to leave. EXPRESS LUBE & COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR in McKinney absolutely earned every one of these five stars. My husband and I were away from home at an appointment when our truck suddenly overheated, leaving us essentially stranded and unsure what to do next. By sincere luck and geography, we ended up at Express Lube & Complete Auto Repair in McKinney, and we had the great fortune of meeting Chris. Chris was phenomenal from the very beginning. He was honest, fair, customer-focused, and truly listened to what was going on. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, explained things clearly, and handled everything with a level of professionalism that immediately put us at ease. When you are stuck away from home with a vehicle problem, choosing a repair shop can feel a little like playing roulette. Thankfully, the cards were completely in our favor this time. I honestly cannot imagine what would have happened if we had taken our truck somewhere else. Thanks to Chris, we had our truck back within 24 hours, running beautifully and purring like a kitten. I brought my 2015 Nissan Altima in for a four-wheel alignment through Groupon. The ad’s description claims “precise adjustments to your suspension system for smooth driving and even tire wear.” However, in the fine print, it says they don’t perform camber or caster adjustments. This means it is actually a toe-only alignment, not a full four-wheel alignment as advertised. Toe adjustment alone cannot correct everything they describe. Camber, caster, and toe all work together to determine tire wear, stability, and ride quality. After the alignment, my rear camber readings were incorrect, so I reached out for clarification. I verified through Nissan’s official factory service manual that my Altima does have rear camber and toe adjustability using eccentric bolts located on the front and rear lower links, which are the same links that support the coil spring. I even photographed the correct bolts and sent them in. When I did not get a reply, I went back in person. Mo was respectful and courteous and took the time to put the car on the lift and show me. I appreciated that effort. However, it was clear he was not familiar with vehicles that have rear camber adjustment in more than one p
